NCLT Allahabad Bench adjourned the Section 9 IBC hearing between Q-Max Supply Chain and Holitech India to 24th April 2026.
The adjournment was granted at the request of the Corporate Debtor, Holitech India's legal counsel.
Both parties were represented by their legal counsel during the hearing on 20th April 2026.
