State Bank of India filed a corporate insolvency petition against Neol Pharma (India) Pvt Ltd under Section 7 of the IBC.
The National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench-II heard the matter in a hybrid mode hearing.
The Tribunal adjourned the hearing and scheduled the next proceeding for 18th May 2026.
