NCLT Allahabad Bench adjourns three insolvency hearings against personal guarantors of Pawansut Earth Movers India Pvt. Ltd.
State Bank of India is the petitioner in all cases filed under Section 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
The matters involve Abhishek Kumar Singh, Amresh Kumar Singh, and Vivek Kumar Singh as personal guarantors.
All three cases are rescheduled for the next hearing on 10th June, 2026 due to paucity of time.
