The National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench adjourned the hearing of an insolvency petition under Section 7 of IBC, 2016.
The petition was filed by Shark Suppliers Private Limited against Cox Worldwide Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
The matter is rescheduled for hearing on June 8, 2026, due to paucity of time.
