Respondent numbers 1 to 7 have been ex-parte since 06.02.2023 as their vakalatnama was not filed. Counsel Sh. Abhishek Tripathi appeared for the petitioners, while Sh. Krishna Dev Vyas, Adv. appeared for the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
During the hearing, the learned counsel representing the ROC requested two weeks' time to file the report in the matter. The bench granted this request, directing that the report be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to be supplied to the other side.

The matter has been adjourned for further hearing on 16th July, 2026. No substantive orders were passed beyond granting time to the ROC to file its report.
