NCLT Admits Dilipkumar Garodia Personal Guarantor Insolvency Petition

NCLT Ahmedabad admits application u/s 94 IBC against personal guarantor Dilipkumar Garodia for M/s Rajshree Silk Mills.
Appoints Govind Laddha as Resolution Professional and imposes interim moratorium on all guarantor debts.
Guarantee amount is Rs. 6.89 crore for debts owed to Standard Chartered Bank, default dated 28-Dec-2023.
RP directed to file report u/s 99 within 10 days; matter listed for next hearing on 08-May-2026.
