NCLT Hyderabad admits the 25th progress report from the Resolution Professional in the Golden Jubilee Hotels insolvency.
The application was filed under Section 7 of the IBC by Bank of Baroda as the financial creditor.
The tribunal allowed and disposed of the application after hearing the RP's counsel.
