NCLT Mumbai admits Janaseva Sahakari Bank's petition to initiate insolvency against personal guarantor Mrs. Parvati Ravindra Patil for a debt of ₹30.62 crore.
The petition relates to a guarantee for credit facilities extended to RK Patil Infraprojects Pvt Ltd, which is already under CIRP since November 2024.
The Tribunal found debt and default established through loan documents, guarantee deeds, and valid invocation via SARFAESI notices.
A moratorium is declared for 180 days, and Resolution Professional Rajesh Shah is appointed to manage the process.
