NCLT Admits Insolvency Plea Against Personal Guarantor

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted a petition filed by Indian Bank under Section 95 of the IBC against a personal guarantor.
The tribunal appointed an interim resolution professional to take control and manage the assets of the personal guarantor.
The IRP is directed to take custody of the guarantor's assets and manage them as per the insolvency process.
