NCLT Admits KKR Infra Projects Trustee Progress Report

NCLT Hyderabad Bench-II allows an application filed by the Bankruptcy Trustee for KKR Infra Projects.
The application sought to officially take on record the Trustee's 3rd Progress Report in the insolvency process.
The bench, comprising judicial and technical members, disposed of the application after allowing the request.
