NCLT Hyderabad admits State Bank of India's Section 7 insolvency petition against PPS Enviro Power Pvt Ltd.
The petition was filed in 2018 under CP (IB) No. 407/7/HDB/2018 for a corporate insolvency resolution process.
The tribunal heard the matter in a hybrid mode hearing on 08-05-2026 and reserved its orders.
The corporate debtor is now under the purview of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 proceedings.
