NCLT Admits Shivani Alloys Trustee's 6th Progress Report

NCLT Hyderabad admits the 6th progress report from the bankruptcy trustee in the Shivani Alloys Casting Ltd insolvency.
The application was filed by the trustee in a petition initiated by State Bank of India under Section 95 of IBC.
The tribunal allowed and disposed of the application following a hearing on January 28, 2026.
