NCLT Ahmedabad admits the 2nd liquidation progress report for Shree Ram Cottex Industries for Q4 FY26.
The report was filed by the liquidator under Section 35(1)(n) of the IBC and IBBI regulations.
The tribunal allowed the application and ordered the report to be placed on the main case file.
