NCLT Hyderabad disposes of State Bank of India's application to take a list of creditors on record in an insolvency petition.
The petition is filed under Section 95 of the IBC against Shri Srinivas Raju Gottumukkal and Splendid Metal Products Ltd.
The Tribunal bench, after hearing the applicant's counsel, allowed the list to be taken on record.
