Case Overview

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) heard two interlocutory applications (IAs) related to the ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Zenith Media Scope Private Limited against Nirvikar Films LLP under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. New IA-3050/2026 involved an application for taking on record the report certifying the constitution of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) under Section 21 of the IBC, 2016 read with Regulation 17(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, filed by the IRP.

Final Outcome

The NCLT admitted both applications and took the documents on record, subject to all just exceptions. The tribunal directed its office to maintain the records and put them up before the Bench at the time of final disposal of the CIRP. Both IA-3026/2026 and IA-3050/2026 were disposed of accordingly with the admission of the documents.
