NCLT Ahmedabad Dismisses A S International Restitution Application

NCLT Ahmedabad dismissed a restitution application filed by M/s A S International against Riddhi Siddhi Recycle Paper LLP.
The application was dismissed as no appeal was filed against an earlier order dated 25.05.2025 under IBC 2016 provisions.
The Tribunal found the application was not maintainable and was not filed within the prescribed period under NCLT Rules 2016.
