NCLT Ahmedabad Reserves Cygnet Companies Merger Order

NCLT Ahmedabad reserves its order on a merger application filed by Cygnet Infotech and Cygnet Realty Tech.
The application was heard under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 for a scheme of arrangement.
The matter was presented by Advocate Mr. Ravi Pahwa on behalf of the applicant companies.
The bench comprised Member (Judicial) Chitra Hankare and Member (Technical) Dr. Velamur G Venkata Chalapathy.
