NCLT Ahmedabad reserved its order in a Section 7 IBC insolvency petition filed by Jaspat Investments against Fermos Engineering.
The hearing was conducted in hybrid mode with legal counsel present for the applicant and regulatory departments.
The bench, comprising judicial and technical members, heard submissions and concluded arguments before reserving judgment.
