NCLT Allahabad Bench reserves its order on a merger scheme involving IV County Private Limited, Ramsisaria Builders Limited, and Transport Finance Limited.
The tribunal noted that reports from the Registrar of Companies, Official Liquidator, and Income Tax Department have been filed and supplied to all parties.
The hearing was conducted under Sections 230/232 of the Companies Act 2013 for approval of the amalgamation arrangement.
