NCLT Hyderabad allows Pioneer Gas Power Ltd's application to extend its payment deadline to 25th June 2026.
The company has paid ₹70 crore of the required ₹183.82 crore owed to financial creditor IFCI Ltd.
The extension is granted with the condition to pay interest for the delay as per the original agreement.
The order disposes of an interim application in an ongoing insolvency petition filed under Section 7 of IBC.
