NCLT Jaipur Bench allows a three-month extension for the liquidation process of Guman Furnitures and Services Pvt. Ltd.
The application was filed by Liquidator Brij Kumar Sharma to schedule a Stakeholders Consultation Committee meeting.
The extension was sought to decide on the dissolution of the corporate debtor under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
