NCLT Allows Tata Projects Insolvency Petition Transfer

NCLT orders transfer of Vishwa Mauli's Section 9 insolvency petition against Tata Projects from Hyderabad to Mumbai bench.
Transfer approved due to Tata Projects' registered office relocation from Telangana to Maharashtra effective June 2025.
Both petitioner and respondent consented to the jurisdictional transfer of Company Petition (IB) No. 170/9/HDB/2025.
