NCLT Amaravati Bench dismissed a company petition filed under Sections 241-242 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The petition was filed by Mrs. Nishi Shukla against Digisprint Solutions Private Limited and three other respondents.
All connected interlocutory applications were disposed of as infructuous following the main petition's dismissal.
The order was pronounced by a bench comprising Judicial and Technical members on 14 May 2026.
