NCLT Amaravati Extends Kallam Brothers CIRP by 60 Days

NCLT Amaravati Bench allows Resolution Professional's application to extend the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for Kallam Brothers Cottons by 60 days from May 5, 2026.
The tribunal approves the reconstitution of the Committee of Creditors based on a revised list filed by the Resolution Professional.
Multiple respondents, including Mr. Kallam Nagi Reddy, are granted two weeks to engage counsel and file counters in related applications.
The CoC had previously authorized the extension request with 93.1% voting share in its sixth meeting held on March 31, 2026.
