NCLT Amaravati Reserves Order in SBI Insolvency Petition

NCLT Amaravati Special Bench reserved its order on an insolvency petition filed by State Bank of India under Section 95 of the IBC, 2016.
The petition was filed against Dr. Renuka Rani Maganti and Seven Hills Health Care Private Limited by SBI's resolution professional.
