The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) disposed of an application challenging the appointment of a resolution professional in a personal guarantor insolvency case.
The tribunal appointed a new resolution professional, Shri Kondisetty Kumar Dushyanth, and directed him to file a report under Section 99 of the IBC.
