NCLT Appoints RBSA Valuer for Manjeet Hotels Share Dispute

NCLT Mumbai appoints RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP to value shares and assets of Manjeet Hotels Private Limited.
The valuation is ordered under Sections 242(1) & 242(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 in a dispute between shareholders.
The valuer is directed to complete the process and file its report before the next hearing date on 11th June 2026.
