NCLT Appoints Resolution Professional for Y Y Y Industries

NCLT Hyderabad appoints Kalvakolanu Murali Krishna Prasad as Resolution Professional for Y Y Y Industries Pvt Ltd.
The appointment was approved by the Committee of Creditors and formalized via application IA (IBC) 650/2026.
Tribunal directs all stakeholders to cooperate with the Resolution Professional as per statutory duties under IBC.
Both applications IA (IBC) 650/2026 and 652/2026 were allowed and disposed of by the bench.
