Adani Harbour Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary being merged into parent APSEZ under Sections 230–232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The disclosure was filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, as an update to the earlier intimation dated November 4, 2025.
