NCLT Approves Anju Mitra Personal Guarantor Repayment Plan

NCLT Kolkata approves a repayment plan for personal guarantor Ms. Anju Mitra, submitted under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Aditya Birla Finance Limited is the sole financial creditor with an admitted claim of ₹6.98 crore against the guarantor.
The repayment plan was approved by 100% voting share of the creditor and includes provisions for the guarantor's discharge.
The tribunal disposed of the case and discharged the resolution professional from his duties upon plan approval.
