The NCLT Chandigarh approved the resolution plan of Dipal Baldevbhai Patel for Tangnu Romai Power, which was approved by the Committee of Creditors with 100% vote.
The plan involves a total outlay of ₹521 crore, including ₹61 crore plan value, ₹450 crore additional capital, and ₹10 crore working capital.
Financial creditors will receive 14.3% of admitted claims, while operational creditors receive up to ₹20 lakh, with implementation within 365 days.
