NCLT Guwahati Bench allows an application to extend the liquidation period for Kuber Khanij Pvt. Ltd. by two months.
The extension is granted retrospectively, effective from 22nd February 2026 up to 22nd April 2026.
The application was filed by the liquidator, Mr. Manish Agarwalla, and was heard on 24th April 2026.
