The National Company Law Tribunal has approved the merger of six companies into Gulmohar Embroideries Pvt. Ltd., effective from 31st January 2024.
The Tribunal considered and addressed observations from the Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, and other statutory authorities.
The merger aims to reduce administrative costs and consolidate investments in International Creations Pvt. Ltd.
