NCLT Chandigarh Adjourns Biman Das vs Dealermatix Hearing

NCLT Chandigarh Bench adjourns multiple company applications and a petition filed by Biman Das Gupta against Dealermatix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The matter, heard under Sections 241-242 of the Companies Act 2013, was not taken up due to paucity of time.
