Jerath Enterprise filed a corporate insolvency petition under Section 10 of IBC, 2016 against Union Bank of India.
The NCLT Chandigarh Bench granted Union Bank of India a final two-week opportunity to file its reply to the petition.
The matter is adjourned and listed for the next hearing on 29 June 2026 for a decision on merits.
