NCLT Chandigarh Dismisses Konkan Agro Delay Condonation

NCLT Chandigarh dismissed an application seeking condonation of delay for filing claims in the Konkan Agro Marine Industries CIRP.
The tribunal found no sufficient reason or merit substantiated for the delay condonation in IA No. 672/2026.
Multiple other interlocutory applications in the matter were listed for a further hearing on 06.07.2026.
An interim order from May 2025 in IA No. 691/2025 was continued until the next date of hearing.
