NCLT Chandigarh Restores Sahib Colonizers Name

NCLT Chandigarh allows application to restore Sahib Colonizers Private Limited's name to the register of companies.
Company was struck off by RoC for non-filing of financial statements and annual returns from FY 2018-19 to 2023-24.
Tribunal orders company to pay ₹50,000 cost and file all pending statutory documents within 45 days of restoration.
Both Registrar of Companies and Income Tax Department reported no objections to the company's revival.
