Respondent R8 appeared through Learned Counsel Mr. Arvind but had not filed a reply despite previous time granted. The tribunal granted a final opportunity of two weeks for R8 to file a reply, with rejoinder to be filed within two weeks thereafter. All other respondents except R8 were set ex-parte due to non-appearance despite service.
