NCLT Chennai Adjourns Sri Paranthaman Textiles Applications

NCLT Chennai Bench adjourned two interlocutory applications in the Sri Paranthaman Textiles insolvency case to June 2026.
The dissolution application (IA(IBC)(DIS)/49(CHE)2025) was kept in abeyance pending adjudication of a Section 66 application.
Counsel for the applicant sought time in application IA(IBC)/1340(CHE)2024, awaiting clarifications from the respondent.
