NCLT Chennai lists State Bank of India's insolvency petition against personal guarantor Ashok Agarwal for arguments on 04.05.2026.
The bank has rejected a One-Time Settlement proposal submitted by the personal guarantor on 27.04.2026.
The tribunal had previously rejected the respondent's maintainability challenge in a detailed order dated 30.01.2025.
