NCLT Closes Mithlesh Mishra Personal Insolvency Process

NCLT Allahabad closes the Personal Insolvency Resolution Process against Mrs. Mithlesh Mishra, personal guarantor for K.C. Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd.
The process was closed due to the personal guarantor's failure to submit a signed and legally compliant repayment plan to Canara Bank.
The sole creditor, Canara Bank, with a claim of ₹57.33 crore, approved filing for bankruptcy proceedings against the guarantor.
The Tribunal discharged the Resolution Professional and directed the registry to forward the order to the IBBI as per the Code.
