NCLT Condones Delay in Hi-Rise Infratech Case

NCLT Guwahati Bench heard applications IA(IBC)/160/GB/2025 and IA(IBC)/32/GB/2026 under Section 95(1) of IBC, 2016.
The tribunal condoned a 13-day delay in filing the reply by Resolution Professional Sudha Sarma.
A Section 7 petition is pending in NCLT New Delhi Bench with a liquidation order already passed.
