NCLT Guwahati issues a corrigendum to its order dated 28.04.2026 in the Green Belt Industry insolvency case.
The order corrects an inadvertent typographical error in the timeline for completing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
The Resolution Professional is now directed to complete the CIRP within 30 days, instead of the previously stated 10 days.
