The National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad heard an insolvency application under Section 7 of IB Code filed by Dena Bank against Peace Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.
During the hearing, neither the applicant Dena Bank was present nor any counter response in the shape of rejoinder had been filed.
The tribunal re-listed the case for further consideration on May 8, 2026.
