NCLT Directs Bank of Baroda Release Title Deeds

NCLT Chennai directs Bank of Baroda to release original title deeds for Raman Towers property to the liquidator of JKS The Banyaan.
The order was passed in application IA(IBC)/425(CHE)2026, with the bank stating it had no objection to releasing the documents.
A separate application, IA(IBC)/454(CHE)2024, was adjourned to 09.06.2026 for the respondents' appearance or reply.
