NCLT Directs GMP Infrastructure CoC on VNR Observations

NCLT Hyderabad directs GMP Infrastructure's CoC to consider observations from a separate VNR Infrastructure case.
The Tribunal has referred the VNR matter to IBBI for suitable action and adjourned the hearing to 28 April 2026.
The Resolution Professional is ordered to serve the VNR case orders dated 27 May 2025 and 25 February 2026 to the CoC.
