NCLT Directs Macro Infra Directors Document Handover

NCLT Jaipur Bench issues an order in an ongoing corporate insolvency proceeding under Section 9 of the IBC, 2016.
The Tribunal directs the suspended directors of Macro Infra Contractors to personally appear at the next hearing and meet with the liquidator.
Respondents are ordered to hand over all requisite documents to the liquidator by a scheduled meeting on April 23, 2026.
