The National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, heard an insolvency petition filed by Canara Bank against personal guarantor K. Pramadha Rao.
The tribunal directed the respondent to file a Vakalat, counter, and objections to the RP report within two weeks.
The matter has been adjourned to 20 April 2026 for further hearing and filing of rejoinder.
