NCLT Disallows TANGEDCO's Rs 24.25 Lakh Pre-CIRP Claim

NCLT Chennai disallows TANGEDCO's Rs 24.25 lakh pre-CIRP electricity dues claim against H M Textiles as no claim was filed with the RP.
Post-approval plan dues of Rs 18.84 lakh for Jan-Jul 2024 are ruled payable by the Successful Resolution Applicant (SRA).
Dues of Rs 18.84 lakh for the CIRP period (Mar-Dec 2023) are classified as CIRP costs and are also payable by the SRA.
