NCLT Hyderabad dismissed two applications filed by DQ Entertainment's liquidator seeking possession of leased premises and assets.
The tribunal found the landlord violated the CIRP moratorium by forcibly taking possession in April 2023.
However, the court upheld the subsequent lawful execution of an eviction decree in September 2024 after liquidation began.
The liquidator's claims for asset recovery were dismissed as the bailiff found the premises vacant during execution.
